Didatic Book Publishing Program – PELD (in portuguese)

After years of business and technological experiences and achievements, Petrobras has accumulated invaluable and unique knowledge. Part of this knowledge has been generated, transformed and transmitted by our employees who, throughout their professional lives, acquire specific and valuable technical knowledge.

Recognizing the difference and contribution of employees is very important. Retain and disseminate acquired knowledge as well. This is the inspiration of the TDidatic Book Publishing Program (PELD, in portuguese), which generates value for new employees, the market and the academic community. We have several published titles, including physical books and e-books.

Through PELD, Petrobras University sponsors the entire book publishing process, including the printing of some copies. In this way, the work produced can have internal application in training courses for new employees and in continuing education, in addition to being used by the author in the publishing market. We are sure that this movement increases the protagonism of employees and strengthens Petrobras as a source that generates and drives knowledge.
